AAPI Cultural Heritage Celebration

04/30/2023, USPAACC South­east Chap­ter was able to con­nect with 50+ atten­dees at AAPI Cul­tur­al Her­itage Cel­e­bra­tion, an event that aims to hon­or and show­case the rich diver­si­ty and cul­tur­al her­itage of the Asian Amer­i­can and Pacif­ic Islander communities.

The USPAACCSE Chap­ter had a booth at the event to pro­mote the Com­mu­ni­ty Nav­i­ga­tor Pilot Pro­gram (CNPP) and its ser­vices. The spokes pro­vid­ed atten­dees with infor­ma­tion about CNPP, includ­ing its goal to help small busi­ness own­ers from under­served com­mu­ni­ties nav­i­gate the com­plex­i­ties of the gov­ern­ment pro­cure­ment process and access gov­ern­ment con­tracts. They also dis­trib­uted brochures and answered ques­tions about the program.

The event was a great suc­cess, with a large turnout of atten­dees inter­est­ed in learn­ing more about CNPP. The USPAACCSE Chap­ter was able to effec­tive­ly pro­mote CNPP and its ser­vices, help­ing to fur­ther its mis­sion of sup­port­ing small busi­ness­es from diverse communities.
