Marketing for Small Business: Where to Start

04/12/2023, ABAOC held the month­ly CNPP Break­fast Train­ing series for 2 hours of train­ing giv­en to 10 attendees.

Con­tin­u­ing the series of break­fast train­ing that focus­es on the ​“busi­ness owner’s jour­ney,” this month’s train­ing was pre­sent­ed by Jeff Bautista, Pres­i­dent of Echo Mil­len­ni­al. Due to the small­er audi­ence size, Jeff was able to give more focused, tai­lored and in-depth train­ing on an impor­tant ele­ment of the mar­ket­ing process — a com­pa­ny’s brand­ing. He was able to pro­vide an engag­ing talk where each audi­ence mem­ber was able to share their expe­ri­ences with brands, both with­in their own busi­ness scope and the brands with which they inter­act daily.

The train­ing was high­ly insight­ful as par­tic­i­pants were able to dis­tin­guish strate­gies that focused on cre­at­ing ​“mind­share vs mar­ket share.” Ulti­mate­ly, the audi­ence request­ed that a sim­i­lar workshop/​training be giv­en in the future to help fol­low up and refine any branding/​marketing efforts.
