Envision Business Success - Goal Setting Panel & Workshop

01/26/2023, USPAACC North­east Chap­ter host­ed a pan­el and work­shop on set­ting and achiev­ing busi­ness goals for the new year, 12 peo­ple attended.

This event fea­tured a pan­el of experts who shared their expe­ri­ences and strate­gies for set­ting and achiev­ing suc­cess in their respec­tive fields. Atten­dees had the oppor­tu­ni­ty to engage in dis­cus­sions and a Q&A ses­sion with the pan­el­lists, as well as par­tic­i­pate in inter­ac­tive exer­cis­es designed to help them set and plan their own goals for the com­ing year. The pan­el­lists shared expe­ri­ences and tools such as self-pos­i­tive talk, hav­ing men­tors guide them, and using podcasts/​books as some exam­ples to help them over­come fears so that they can con­tin­ue to reach their busi­ness milestones.

Dur­ing the work­shop, atten­dees learned about:

• The impor­tance of set­ting clear and spe­cif­ic goals
  

• Strate­gies for set­ting and man­i­fest­ing their goals
  

• Tech­niques for stay­ing moti­vat­ed and on track
  

• Ways to over­come obsta­cles and challenges
  

• The role of visu­al­iza­tion and pos­i­tive think­ing in achiev­ing success
  

This work­shop was ide­al for indi­vid­u­als look­ing to start the new year with a clear plan for achiev­ing their goals as entrepreneurs.
